The UPD400-C offers great product presentation with double glazed glass on all four sides, including a frameless glass door. The refrigerated glass cabinet is an elegant choice for displaying delicious cakes and desserts, but it is also suitable for displaying wine (wine shelves available as option). The refrigerated display case has a modern black steel exterior and a stainless steel interior with mirror effect. Vertical LED lighting illuminates the content and the 5 adjustable glass shelves ad flexibility. The ventilated cooling system is controlled by a digital temperature display. If you wish to use the cabinet for pastries, you can set the fan to only run when the compressor does, which prevents the pastries from drying out. The cabinet has strong castors for mobility, two of them with brakes. The UPD400 model is also available in a freezer option.
